Mr. Yu has successively served as Deputy Director of the Engineering Construction Division of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development, and then Deputy Director of the Engineering Construction Division of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Construction and Transportation, Director of the Engineering Construction Division of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Construction and Transportation, Deputy Director of the Municipal Major Projects Office, and Director of the Municipal Commendation & Competition Office; Deputy Director-general of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Housing Security & Housing Administration, deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban–Rural Development. Then he has been a member of the CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Transport, and concurrently served as Party Secretary and Director-general of the Shanghai Municipal Road Bureau of Transport Administration; Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Transport, and concurrently Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director-general of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Road Transport Administration, and continued to serve as Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Transport.

Mr. Yu is currently the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd., Director of Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd., and Director of Orient Overseas Container Line (International) Limited. He is also a member of the 12th Shanghai Municipal Committee and a member of the 12th Shanghai Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Mr. Xu Song has held various positions including Director and General Manager of Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited (currently known as Liaoning Port Co., Ltd.); Deputy General Manager of Liaoning Port Group; Deputy General Manager, General Manager and CEO of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Zhanjiang Port (Group) Co., Ltd.; and Managing Director of China Merchants Port Holdings Co., Ltd.

He currently serves as Vice Chairman and CEO of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman and CEO of China Merchants Port Holdings Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Song Xiaodong has held various positions, including Chief Economic Engineer, Deputy General Manager, and a member of the 8th Board of Directors of STEC Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd.; Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of STECShanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd.; Vice President and Secretary of Board of Director of STEC (HQ); Vice President and Party Committee Member of STEC(HQ).

Currently, he serves as Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Director, and President of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. He also serves as  Director of Postal Savings Bank of China Limited.

Ms. Zhuang Xiaoqing has held various positions, including Secretary of the Party Committee at Shanghai Harbor Fuxing Shipping Service Company; Chairperson of the Labor Union, Director of the Work Department of Party Committee, Secretary of Party Committee of Intra-organizational Departments; Member of Party Committee, director, and chairperson of the Labor Union at Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.

She currently serves as Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Director, and Chairperson of the Labor Union at Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Cao Qingwei has held various positions including Deputy General Manager of the Property Trading Department at Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange, Director of the Property Management Division (Capital Operation Management Division) at the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

He currently serves as the Investment Director of Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Director of Shanghai Airport (Group) Co., Ltd., of

Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited, and of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Qin Jiangping has held various positions including Captain of Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd.; Manager of the Maritime Service Center, Crew Management Department and Business Department of Shanghai Ocean Foreign Labor Service Co., Ltd.; Deputy Manager and Manager of the Crew Management Office in the Organization / Human Resources Department of China Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd.; General Manager of China-Japan International Ferry Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd.; Employee Director, and General Manager of the Department of Safety Technology Management of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd..

Mr. Qin currently serves as Deputy General Manager of COSCO Shipping Holdings Co., Ltd. / COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd., and Independent Director of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Liu Shaoxuan has held various positions including Deputy Director of Division for Development of Liberal Arts at Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Dean and Professor at Ningbo China Institute for Supply Chain Innovation; Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor and Associate Dean of the Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Executive Dean of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology and Finance.

Mr. Liu currently serves as Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor and Associate Dean of the Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Executive Dean of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology and Finance; and Independent Director of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway Co.,Ltd., and of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd., etc.

Mr. Zhao Jing has held various positions including Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Department of Automatic Control Engineering and Director of the University Party Committee Office at Wuhan University of Technology (formerly Wuhan Jiaotong University of Science and Technology); Director of the University Party Committee Office, Director of the Organization Department, and Director of the Personnel Division at Wuhan University of Technology; Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Researcher and Master's Supervisor at Wuhan University of Technology; Vice President of China Institute of Communications Education and Chairman of the Higher Education Research Branch.

Mr. Zhao currently serves as Chairman of Hubei Province Editology Society for Science Periodicals, and Independent Director of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Song Xuming once worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Miami in the United States, and has been a Professor of Law at Shanghai Maritime University since 2015.

 Mr. Song currently serves as a Professor and Master's Supervisor at the Law School of Shanghai Maritime University, and Independent Director of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. He also holds positions such as Distinguished Professor of Shanghai High People's Court, Member of the Lingang Special Area Theoretical Lecture Group, Expert of the Legal Consultation Expert Database of the Administrative Committee of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and Legal Counsel of Shanghai Maritime University. 

Mr. Tang Song has held various positions including Research Fellow at the School of Accounting and Finance of Hong Kong Polytechnic University; Research Fellow at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS); Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor, and Vice Dean at the School of Accounting of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE).

 Mr. Tang currently serves as Vice Dean, Professor, and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Accounting of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He also holds positions such as Independent Director of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and of Shanghai Shine-link International Logistics Co., Ltd.
